I'm Lillian McChesney, a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNPC-AG). My nursing career spans more than 25 years, including work in cardiology, cardiac surgery, and interventional cardiology — caring for patients navigating some of the most complex and high-stakes moments in their health.

Signature Health currently sees patients by telehealth in Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, and New Mexico. Telehealth appointments are available only when the patient is physically located in a state where Lilly holds an active license.
