Personalized telehealth means care designed around your individual needs, with time to discuss your concerns and a plan built around your goals. Signature Health offers both pay-per-visit care and optional ongoing-care membership for eligible services, all delivered by secure video visit.
Signature Health currently sees patients by telehealth in Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, and New Mexico. At the time of the visit, you must be physically located in a state where Lilly holds an active license.
Signature Health is a direct-pay practice and does not bill insurance for Signature Health professional services. Patients may still use insurance for outside medications, laboratory testing, imaging, procedures, or referrals when accepted by those third parties.

A wide range of primary care, preventive care, hormone health, metabolic health, and everyday sick visits can be managed virtually. Some conditions require in-person evaluation or specialist referral — Lilly will let you know if that's the case for you.
Yes. Enrolled members have secure messaging access through OptiMantra as described in their membership terms. Messaging is not monitored continuously and should never be used for emergencies.
When appropriate, prescriptions are sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice following your visit.
Yes. Patients may choose pay-per-visit care, and eligible women's health/HRT, men's health/TRT, and metabolic/weight-management patients may choose an optional ongoing-care membership after the required initial visit. Essentials membership is $129/month and Signature membership is $199/month; Essentials includes one monthly follow-up, medication management, relevant lab review, and secure nonurgent messaging. Signature adds a longer monthly visit and one brief monthly check-in. Pay-as-you-go follow-ups are $99 per visit for established patients. Membership terms are provided at enrollment. Medication management is also available for $85 pay as you go. Family-plan pricing is not part of the current launch offering.
No. Follow-up appointments are reserved for established Signature Health patients who have completed the appropriate initial consultation. New patients should schedule a New Patient Consultation or the applicable Women's Health, Men's Health, or Metabolic & Weight Consultation.
